After we have completed the systems analysis we then schedule your project to be completed.  We provide our clients with a detailed project plan.  Our project plans are milestone driven to insure progress and deliverables are made.   We accept payments on milestone deliverables therefore only getting payment for project progress.  We feel this approach best fits not only our own needs, but the needs of our clients.  We also bid all our projects as flat rates.  As long as project requirements are not changed by our customers we will come in on budget 100% of the time!
